Pitbull Audio will get your gear to you quickly. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. Your order will be shipped on Monday if it was placed by Friday. We do our best to ship your order quickly and many orders are shipped the same day.
FedEx and USPS are our preferred carriers. You will be able to track your package if you provide a valid email address. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours for to become active. If the tracking number does not appear to be valid after you click it, please wait a while.
All orders over $10, including taxes, qualify for FREE* shipping within 48 states. Upgrade options include Next Day Air or Priority shipping. At checkout, international shipping fees will be calculated.
Free shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous US Sundown Audio 12 states. Additional shipping charges will apply to addresses in AK, HI and APO/FPO as well as US Protectorates (PR VI, American Samoa), and American Samoa. For a shipping quote, please contact us. These shipments can only be shipped via Priority Mail. In some cases, shipments may be eligible for free shipping if they are small or lighter.
A valid residential address is required if you choose free ground shipping. We will contact you to verify your street address if you have provided a PO Box. This could cause delays in your shipment. Please make sure you update your address.
We will honor any request to correct an incorrect or obsolete address via Paypal or checkout. We ship your orders very quickly so once they leave our facility, there is no possibility to change it. Recalls for packages will incur additional shipping costs. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned to us undeliverable.
Only products that are permitted to be shipped Sundown Audio 12 internationally can be sent by us. We adhere to the rules set by many manufacturers that prohibit international sales. All international orders are subjected to taxes, customs fees, duties, VAT, and other charges. These fees are not included in shipping costs and are collected by local customs agencies. Before placing an order, please be aware of these charges. We do not refund shipping costs for refusal to pay these fees. These charges can be deducted from your refund if they are incurred during the return process.

Pitbull Audio strives to provide the best customer experience. You can return your purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 calendar days of delivery. Except for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, shipping costs will be charged to you.
Pitbull Audio will replace any defective, damaged or wrong products in the unlikely event of an error. Pitbull Audio will provide a label with prepaid instructions to help you return the item and send you a replacement. There are no shipping costs. We will not charge shipping charges if you have damaged, defective or mis-shipped any products within 14 days.
If your item fails within 30 days of purchase, you can request a manufacturer warranty. Pitbull Audio is an authorized distributor for all brands that we represent.
How to ask for a Sundown Audio 12 return?
To obtain an RMA number, please email or call us. Our friendly customer service representatives will discuss your instructions. All returns must be returned in a resellable condition.

We accept returns due to delays caused by carriers, but these will be returned at the buyer’s expense. The normal return policy applies. If your order was shipped free of charge, your refund will include the cost for the original outbound shipping.
